Binary Trading Is Halal Or Haram

I tried looking up on google but I haven't had much luck . Does anyone know if it's OK to use a VPN when trading with these brokers (don't wanna get banned) binary options contest ? I've noticed that pocketoption lags a lot over here (Honduras) . A friend in the US connects at the same time and he has no issues whatsoever; in my case sometimes the broker wouldn't even load (running 60mb on fiberoptics so internet speed isn't an issue) . Thanks in advance for any help.
